Total Maximum Listing Commission
We provide full service and representation, as well as, a marketing plan, which is second to none. However, we never charge more than 4.5% to list your property. 1.5% will be paid to our listing side and the other 3% will go to the Buyer’s agent who brings a qualified buyer. If we bring the buyer, which we have achieved approximately 40% of the time, we will reduce the total commission by a ½ percent. If you are moving locally, and we can represent you in finding another home, we will reduce the listing commission another ½ percent. If you refer us to another listing, while your home is listed, we will reduce the listing commission by another 1/2 percent. Thus, if everything were to take place, the total listing commission would be 3%!!
