About Us Sabina is from Montreal Canada and has been in Dallas for almost 15 years. She speaks French and German. Her background is in teaching and home decorating. She is an extremly patient and caring person. Hal's a Dallas native having been born and raised in the local area. His background is as a business owner and contract negotiator. His strengths are in Sales, Marketing and Negotiations. We are proud to be a Southlake resident for the past twelve years. We have been in residential real estate for the last six years. We are blessed to have a healthy, intelligent and beautiful thirteen year old daughter who is definately a "Daddy's Girl". We have three dogs, a German Shepard ("Gunther"),a Golden Retriever ("Sunshine") and a Hines 57 (Abbey). Two cats (Bubba & Rascal). Our hobbies are spending time with each other, family and friends, traveling, boating, scuba diving, Hal's frustrated athletic adventures (golf, basketball and tennis), movies and automobiles. We are members of White's Chapel United Methodist Church. Hal has taken over 700 credited real estate classroom hours and has obtained his Texas Real Estate Broker's License.
